Tip:

• Ankara fabric is 100% cotton and has no stretch.
• BUST: Measure around the back, under the arms and across the fullest part of the bust.
• WAIST: Measure around the waist, with the tape measure flat against the figure and snug but not too tight.
• HIPS: Measure over the fullest part of the hips, usually 21-23cm / 8-9” down from the waist.

Processing Time

Shipping will be processed within 2-3 business days after placing the order.

• Within Australia: Your order will typically arrive within 1-8 business days.
• For other countries: Please allow 6-27 business days for your order to reach its destination.

Standard Shipping Charge

• $10 AUD within Australia.
• $20 AUD for other countries

Express Shipping Charge

• $20 AUD within Australia.
• $50 AUD for other countries

At NIXOL, we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes your selection may just not fit or feel right.

If you are unhappy with your selection we accept returns and exchanges that comply with our policy within 14 days of your order dates within Australia or 30 days of your order international.

We are happy to accept returns, however the garment must be unworn with all labels and tags intact.

Please note store credits will not include any previous shipping costs. You will be responsible for your own shipping cost to return /exchange the item.

Shipping costs are not refundable, however if there has been an error in processing the order, shipping costs will be refunded.

Returns for refund will be processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item. Please note that card returns may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete the process.

All payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
